MCM was one of Treystar’s partners on a project to transform The Foundry, a formerly abandoned manufacturing site, into an innovative, modernized, and inviting office space with on-site dining.

We designed and installed the HVAC/R infrastructure, plumbing, and building management system on the site to ensure that the renovated space was properly ventilated and temperature-controlled for future residents and visitors. Treystar knew our team had the experience and dedication to bring a project of this magnitude together on time and on budget.

The project at The Foundry was more than just a renovation. Operations on the site dated back to 1906 when the Kalamazoo Metal Foundry moved to the location. Since then, many additions and renovations were made to the original structure, leaving a complicated layout and web of infrastructure for our crews to remove and then reinstall.
