Project Details:

Commencing in spring 2016 with a completion date of 2022, MCM partnered with Turner Construction and Spectrum Health Lakeland to construct New Pavilion building. This multi-phased project in St. Joseph, MI included the installation of variable air volume units, unit heaters, centrifugal and rotary screw water chillers, thousands of feet of domestic, hydronic, and medical gas piping, multiple cooling towers, gas and vacuum systems for labs, and all associated mechanical and plumbing work.

By way of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and strategic planning, MCM worked with the construction manager and facility managers to successfully coordinate the build of an important hospital facility addition.
